We Are Apple (Leading the Way)
I'm willing to bet that Apple probably wants to just forget this ever existed.
I find the number of Apple IIIs in this video somewhat disturbing.

Here's a nice throwback to a simpler gaming era. Although it's not perfect singing, they are obviously having lots of fun and still manage to put on an enjoyable show.
Really, this is just very, very true, but very few of us actually look at life this way, myself included.
Imagine what we could accomplish if we looked at life this way.
Okay, so another side of me is coming through in this post, but I just can't keep it contained! I'm super excited as I just found out that one of my favorite comic books from the 80's is coming back (at least for a limited run)—Captain Carrot and the Amazing Zoo Crew!
I had heard that they had made an appearance last year in the Teen Titans series, but missed it when it was on sale. But, now it looks like they're getting their own mini-series!
Seriously, I'm so excited I'm twitching!
As if it were a swarm of bees, you should stay away from the SyncServices folder in Mac OS X 10.4.
Heh. I love these little gems that you sometimes find in Apple's Knowledgebase. It's nice to see that even a corporation that relies on a professional image (for the most part), can still have a little fun from time to time.
Would somebody please explain to me why Enrique Iglesias' Hero is in my iTunes playlist?
A man should be able to listen to his iTunes playlists without having this thing show up out of nowhere and cause completely unnecessary violent reactions.
So, here's what I look like in Springfield—or at least as accurate as I could make it look. No receding hairline in real life, but what guy in Simpsons World doesn't have a receding hairline?
You can create your own avatar at the Simpsons Movie website. Sorry, it's all Flash-based, so there's no direct link.
I'm very much looking forward to this movie. Really, I'm not sure how they're going to make this a "bigger" event than one of their standard television episodes, but I'm still looking forward to it. This might actually be a movie I might go to see on opening night.
While I'm at it, I'll go ahead a mention that I live about 15 miles away from Springfield, Nebraska which is one of the Springfields throughout the country vying to be the site of the world premier of the movie. Go ahead and vote for Springfield, NE (even if Nebraska's movie isn't that great).
I find this news story funny, if for no other reason than Ernie Chambers is having his own medicine fed back to him.
Note to Dave Price at CBS: Tom Osbourne is the Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska, not the University of Oklahoma. What you suggested this morning while the Sooner band was playing at the Macy's Parade was pretty much heresy in most parts of both Nebraska and Oklahoma.
(While the Sooner band was marching in the parade in the background as CBS came back from a commercial break, Mr. Price said something along the lines of "The Sooner marching band is playing behind us. I believe Tom Osbourne was just named Athletic Director there, so that's good. A legend returns.")
Wow. I guess that really does show how irrelevant NU Football has become. It also goes to show that some people just need to stay away from athletics.
(I should also point out that after they came back from the next commercial break, Mr. Price did admit he messed up.)
